Job Description

Loyalty Software Sales Executive

A leading global Travel IT supplier is looking for a Loyalty Software Sales Executive for its Loyalty products to work from in the Europe region.


* Expert knowledge of airline and ideally cruise and/or hospitality loyalty business

* Have the industry contacts in the loyalty industry

* Experience of product sales into the loyalty industry

* Experience of digital transformation initiatives in the loyalty industry

* Ability to understand individual customer challenges and to develop value propositions

* Capability to handle business specific discussions with customers

* Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level within IT and business areas

* Excellent negotiations skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with senior executives

* Experience of working with globally distributed teams


* Create sales opportunities for loyalty products in collaboration with regional sales and account teams

* Partner with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives and to drive innovative solution design

* Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

* Work with the core product team and provide inputs that will maintain the competitive edge of the product

* Increase brand presence in the industry, develop industry connection and network in the loyalty industry through active participation (speaking, being a panellist etc.) in industry forums, events, conferences etc.

Skills & Experience

* 10+ years experience in sales specializing in the Loyalty Industry

* Experience of airline and ideally cruise and/or hospitality loyalty

* Experience of working for an airline, cruise and/or hospitality loyalty an advantage

* Experience of working in management consulting an advantage

* strong existing network / relationships within the sector and market highly desirable
