Working for one of the most prestigious luxury British Kitchen companies, as a Kitchen Sales Designer (you do not need previous kitchen experience)
You will provide an exceptional consultative sales service dealing with high-end luxury clients.
This is a career opportunity, not just a job. As stated previous kitchen sales design experience is not essential for this role as extensive training is provided but you should have proven sales experience where you can demonstrate success.
They offer a bespoke, hand-made product and their stunning kitchens are built to last; each design can be customised and personalised to their clients’ exact needs and tastes.
This is a target driven sales role with the potential to earn real commission, due to the luxury clients and kitchens you will be offering. You should have previous target driven sales experience and you should be able to demonstrate your sales success
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll be at the heart of the business playing a vital role in the success of the branch. You will work closely with customers listening carefully to what they want and understand their needs. You’ll visit customers’ homes, draw up inspirational designs on ArtiCAD (training provided) and present them to the customers. The ability to maximise margins is key & always looking to 'upsell’ to maximise sales. Being a target driven Sales Consultant role, you will manage and seek out your own sales leads to ensure you are rewarded by the competitive commission structure offered.
Project management skills are also important as you’ll be account managing clients from initial interest right through to completion. Some design interest is also highly preferable but they are willing to train you on the design side of the role.
A driving license is essential due to the home consultations you will provide. Weekend working is also required so flexibility to do this is important – working most Saturdays but a 5 day week.
A £24,000 basic starting salary is offered, with excellent commission potential on top. Realistically in Year 1 you should be earning c.£35K+ as it will take time to build your client portfolio, but by Year 2 you should be earning £50-55K+. Top Sales Designers are earning £80-100K.
