The Marketing Executive will develop and promote the company brand, working closely with the Senior Management Team and Directors determining the market facing presence of the business. Aligning all current marketing messaging, advertising and collateral under a single brand umbrella. To manage all social media and thought leadership messaging.

Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

* Creating awareness of and developing the company brand.

* Communicating with target audiences and building and developing customer relationships.

* Helping with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.

* Sourcing advertising & PR opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio.

* Working closely with external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.

* Write and proof read marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.

* Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.

* Run social media channels.

* Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.

* Liaise with designers and printers.

* Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.

* Maintain and update customer databases.

* Conduct market research, such as using customer questionnaires and focus groups.

* Develop case studies.

* Develop and implement a PR strategy.

* Develop and implement a marketing strategy.

* Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.

* Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

* Monitor and report on competitor activity.

* Oversee and manage the marketing budget.

* Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

* Any other duties as required.

Essential Marketing Executive Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

– Previous marketing experience in a similar role is critical.

– A self-starter who is passionate about Marketing, decisive, proactive and self-sufficient problem solver.

– Graduate level education in relevant subject.

– Certificate in Professional Marketing (Level 4 minimum, preferably Level 6)

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, and in a professional manner – written and verbal.

– Confident communicator with ability to liaise confidently with senior management.

– Supervisory experience is desired.

– Excellent IT skills and strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Googleapps, Adobe suite(Photoshop and InDesign).

– Robust in managing and prioritising workload, working under pressure, multi-tasking and problem solving.

– Effective team worker who takes initiative, plan work independently and sees all projects through to successful completion.

– Adept at assessing, analysing and interpreting data and information.

As Marketing Executive, you will receive a salary of £30,100.00 along with a flexible benefits allowance of £1,200 to spend on Bupa plus additional pension and holiday. The office has a delivery of fruit as well as great coffee! Monday to Friday 9-5 with occasional overtime, paid at an enhanced rate.
