Job role

* Drive, measure and improve brand awareness and marketing performance within allocated regions of the business working with the marketing division and regional business leaders

* Manage, develop and lead a small team

* Make sound data driven marketing decisions at a strategic and tactical level driving customer and business growth

* Develop and lead marketing campaigns in your region making necessary adjustments to ensure success and sharing best practice with the wider team

* Manage and work within set budgetary limits ensuring good levels of ROI

* Utilise all available marketing channels to achieve success, PR, paid social, organic SEO, PPC and conventional marketing/comms

* Manage 3rd party partners where applicable

* Measure success of activities and report regularly to the marketing director.

Person specification

* An accomplished marketing professional with a proven track record gained in B2B and D2C environments

* Degree calibre with professional marketing accreditations and or CPD in the marketing area

* Experienced with the full marketing mix including strategy, planning and execution ABL and BTL activities in an omni channel environment

* Creative in approach and always prepared to try something different and innovative to achieve results

* Experienced at working on multiple projects

* Data driven approach to decision making

* Good people management and leadership skills
