WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative marketing strategies that deliver a positive ROI for the business.
Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will be in control of planning and owning the marketing strategy, activity, content and social media across the business including digital and print, focussing on building brand awareness; your main responsibilities will include the attraction of new candidates and clients for the agency and internal staff, monitoring and reporting on ROI.
This role offers you the career progression you are looking for with exposure working at a senior level where you will be seen and treated as the expert; offering hybrid working split between the office and remote, flexibility is on offer for you.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies
Measure, monitor and increase volume and quality of applications via web, job boards and social media
Increase web traffic via email campaigns and social media and measure the same using google analytics (or similar)
Maintaining and innovating the website as a key marketing tool, completing weekly SEO
Manage company presence across all social media platforms
Plan and implement eye catching and innovative promotional campaigns
Think outside the box with the creation and publication of new and engaging content to include pictures and videos
Produce relevant creative blogs, podcasts and whitepapers
Support different areas of the business on branding to encourage more traffic, i.e. internal recruitment website, MSP’s
Monitor, evaluate, report and feedback on all relevant data and results
Minimise and manage marketing costs and ensure marketing spend and investments deliver ROI
Manage all aspects of print production
Research relevant awards and manage the application process
ARE YOU IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE?
Previous digital marketing experience
Experience of strategic marketing planning, campaign creation and management
Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to bring ideas to life with engaging content of different variables to include blogs, videos, photos, graphics, whitepapers and podcasts
Exposure to monitoring and reporting on ROI
Knowledge/experience of using the following tools would be idea
Google Search Console
Buffer/Hootsuite or similar scheduling tool
Canva or similar graphic design software
Mailchimp or similar automation tool
Knowledge and understanding of SEO and how to increase the visibility of key search terms on Google would be ideal
Experience managing multiple social media platforms promoting brand awareness
Confident communicator, including with senior members of a business (Director level)
Ability to build genuine relationships to work across a business but comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy
Resonate with the core values of the business, Teamwork, Quality and Commitment
Proactive, self-motivated and reliable
Stable work history, be able to explain reasons for leaving previous positions
