Job Description

Marketing Manager
Location: Weybridge/Addlestone
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 PA
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Core working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (inclusive) and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with a particular focus on paid media, job boards, sales outreach, content and case studies, candidate, and client email communications, and working across all other digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, action-oriented, digitally competent, have high attention to detail, be able to work without supervision, and can work in positions of ambiguity and make decisions.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager
• Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive sales and engagement
• Create and manage campaigns on paid media, job boards, content and case studies, candidate and client email communications, and other digital channels
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
• Manage and maintain relationships with third party vendors to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
• Track key data points such as impressions, engagements, conversions, and ROI
• Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement
• Analyse customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and manage budgets for marketing programs
• Ensure accurate reporting of marketing activities and results

Key Competencies of a Marketing Manager
• Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated experience in paid media, job boards, content and case studies, candidate and client email communications, and other digital channels
• Ability to work proactively and with high attention to detail
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, display advertising, social media, and content marketing
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Experience with A/B testing and optimisation
• Ability to work in positions of ambiguity and make decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in an office-based role
