Internal Marketing Manager / Brand Manager (Digital Agency) – Fully remote / work from home

£40,000 – £50,000 + bonus + private healthcare

An opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare focused digital marketing agency as a Brand / Marketing Manager, to be responsible for the marketing of the agency.

From producing compelling and creative digital campaigns, to managing the content strategy and socials, the focus of this role will be to maintain and enhance the agencies reputation and develop their brand.

If you have previous experience as an internal Marketing Manager / Brand Manager for an agency and have the ideas to help drive the company forward, they would love to hear from you. Experience within healthcare / pharma would be a real bonus but is not essential!

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

* Help to design and implement digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness

* Work with internal paid media, CRO, and SEO teams to ensure competitors are out-marketed at every touchpoint in the buyer journey

* Develop an engaging content marketing strategy

* Identify and help the agency win industry awards

* Take ownership of the agency website and build upon the already strong organic search rankings

* Manage the agencies social media accounts
