Mobile QA Lead
£55,000 to £75,000 + equity
Hybrid – 3 days remote working / 2 days at the London office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

The Mobile QA Lead Role: As their Mobile QA Lead, you will mentor and guide their talented QA team of 4 who ensure the incredible product they are building…stays incredible! As their Mobile QA Lead you will be the guru on product knowledge and help the teams plan out releases and prioritise work based upon the roadmap. They’re just getting started!
The Mobile QA Lead requirements:
* Must be in a Lead position currently
* Must be based in London for the role
* Must be able to do 2 days a week in the London office (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
* 5+ years’ experience in QA
* 2+ years’ experience of app testing (iOS and Android)
* This is a manual test role
* Experience building and leading a team
* Experience of building and implementing test strategies
* Able to help teams plan out releases and prioritise work based upon the roadmap
* Mentor and guide the team
* Be the guru on Product knowledge
* Somebody who ensures common user journeys are problem-free, smooth and clear
* Ability to triage bugs and make sure the important issues are resolved quickly
* Somebody who can reproduce bugs reported by users and communicate accurate reproduction steps
* A desire to try to break apps
* Experience working in an Agile team alongside developers
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Coda)
Desirable (not essential):
* Mobile test automation experience or an interest
* Experience in API testing (e.g. Postman, curl)
* Comfortable in databases writing SQL to help collect test data
* Start-up experience
