National Account Manager
Our client is looking for a National Account Manager to join their growing team and help continue the exciting growth of the business across the Kitchens Contracts division. You will be responsible for developing new business accounts, growing market share, developing existing accounts and delivering a high level of account management and service.
The right individual will be given a large level of autonomy and rewarding salary to allow you to grow with the business.
You will be working for a manufacturer owned kitchen brand looking for massive expansion over the coming years. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company at the relatively early stages.
Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
This luxury kitchen manufacturer is looking for someone to come on board and assist with bringing new clients on board and look after existing clients. You will need to have extensive experience and have contacts with national housebuilders/larger builders to which can help open doors quickly to stimulate growth with new tender opportunities.
Build and maintain new contacts with large house builders and secure new tenders
Delivering sales pitch to prospective clients
Ensuring that existing accounts are looked after and managed effectively
Providing exceptional customer service
Helping to develop and implement sales and marketing plans
Track all leads and update Sales Director weekly
Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
Availability to travel as needed
Nationwide position but realistically London and South East to predominantly target as there is more than enough work in this area.
Skills we are looking for:
Extensive Experience of the KBB industry
Proven work experience as a National Account Manager
Full Driving Licence
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
