We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a leading regional Law Firm based in Blackburn.

The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice to Personal Injury clients and private individuals.

The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality Personal Injury client work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Fast/Multi Track Credit Hire/ RTA Litigation Executive or Solicitor experienced in Personal Injury claims to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including experience handling their own caseload of Pre and Post Litigated Credit Hire matters. The workload is as varied as the client base, all interested parties can apply in the strictest of confidence, and all law specialisms will be considered.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.  

The Candidate

An experienced Litigator with at least two years of Fast/Multi Track experience
Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
