PPC Manager

-Up to £38k

-Manchester City Centre

-Hybrid Working

Our client is a multi-award-winning UK based integrated B2B marketing agency with clients from industrial, science and tech industries in the UK and internationally.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and talented individual who is passionate about paid media and B2B. This role would suit someone at Senior PPC level looking to step up or a current PPC Manager looking to progress in an agency environment.

The role offers a hybrid working policy, with 3 office days in a Manchester city centre office space. As part of this role, you'll take ownership of paid media strategy and campaign delivery for the agencies most important clients.

What you'll be doing in the PPC Manager role:

Forming effective paid search strategies for our new clients maximising paid objectives.
Optimising the live campaigns of our current clients to improve conversion metrics across both Google Ads and Paid LinkedIn.
Taking ownership of the paid elements of the digital marketing strategy of the agency – having a direct impact on the lead generation of the agency and development of the long-term sales pipeline
Producing monthly and quarterly reports for both clients and the senior leadership of the agency, with clear actionable takeaways.
Contributing to our 12-month client marketing plans with your expert knowledge of paid media platforms.
Contributing to agency pitches with new and engaging ways to take advantage of paid media to grow B2B businesses.What you'll need:

Has 2-5 years' experience of working in a paid media or PPC role, ideally in an agency environment (but in-house is great too!)
B2B experience is essential.
Has strong strategic knowledge in paid platforms. As you will have to take a consultative approach and work with the rest of the DM team to provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
A passion for implementing their own strategy, as our digital team both plans and delivers the work for both clients and the agency.
Is a team player and thrives in a highly collaborative environment, as you'll get to team up with our amazing client services, design, content, and development teams for each client.Agency benefits:
