We are working with a multi-office, Legal 500 listed, CQS accredited law firm, with a fantastic reputation in the market. They are seeking an experienced Probate Legal Secretary to support their busy private client team.

The role will involve:

Diary management, booking appointments, arranging meetings and conference calls
Opening and closing files 
Proactively liaising with clients, taking messages and dealing with queries.
Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
Preparing letters
Dealing with and filing forms i.e HMRC.
Responsible for copying, scanning, faxing required by fee earnersSuitable candidates will have

Previous, recent private client/wills and probate legal secretarial experience
Excellent diary management, organisation and prioritisation skills
Fast, accurate typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience of using a legal case management system This is a full time, office-based permanent job, working Monday to Friday which is offered with a range of benefits.
