A Property Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualified experience sought on a full-time permanent basis for a Lexcel-accredited law firm in Greater Manchester. The role is remote with occasional days in the office.

The successful candidate will work on 70% litigated and 30% pre-litigated cases involving property, building, boundary, and party wall disputes with some limited breach of contract and professional negligence cases on a delegated basis.

Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience

Must have experience of litigating cases from start to finish

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
