Job Description

Keid Consulting are currently representing a long standing client who is the number 1 Network Service Provider in Europe and a major player of the fast-growing global telecommunications industry which is fueled by massive investment in fixed and mobile high-speed connectivity.

We are looking for driven individuals to provide quality RAMS In a timely manner, working as part of the wider function for Telecoms Build. You will be responsible for reviewing and submitted RAMS, auditing contractor RAMS and have full responsibility of the RAMS CPP.

Duties and Responsibilities

* To be responsible for the creation and submission of RAMS and CPHSP’s

* be responsible for auditing of contractor RAMS

* Liaison with relevant parties to ensure that all RAMS are compliant and in place for the start of any project for each site

* Interprets site instructions and CAD drawings from customers to prepare RAMS.

* Ensures that all elements of the build pack including sub-contractors is collated within tolerances agreed

* Ensure that technical knowledge is up to date with stringent client requirements including but not limited to Health & Safety

* Reviewing pre works risk assessments uploaded by the teams and report H&S non- conformances to the Health and Safety Manager

* General day to day communication with site teams to ensure schedule is being met and amendments updated

* Report monthly RAMS performance & adherence to KPIs

* To undertake other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility

Skills – Essential

* Experience of creating RAMS in a wider construction role

* Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner

* Leadership skills

* Honest approach to work

* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and specific in-house software e.g. SiteLive)

* Good level of maths and number skills

* Proven ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, both in an office based and remote environment

* Ability to organise work in a timely and effective manner

* Capacity to prioritise and organise work effectively creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation and presentations

* Able to multi task on a variety of tasks working independently and, in a team, oriented, collaborative environment

Experience – Desirable

* Experienced in a telecommunications role

* Experienced in Health and Safety

* Ability to read CAD drawings
