An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant sales development team to prospect new customers with a view to increasing our expanding market share across all sectors.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:

* Maintain and build sales

* Develop and encourage new relationships with clients of all sizes

* Be eager and tenacious with the drive to seek new business and meet or exceed KPI targets

* Actively seek and identify new business opportunities

* Understand the needs of our potential customers

* Have a good understanding of our services and products to meet customer expectations

* Upsell and cross sell products at every opportunity to increase sales and profit margins

* Have the capability to think outside of the box

* Build rapport with customers to create continued relationships

* Contacting lapsing customers to regain business

* Generating leads through networking and identifying high growth, innovative businesses with the best growth potential

Operations:

* Use all relevant aspects of our CRM and bespoke software packages

* Ensure all company documentation is completed correctly, in line with company policies and in a timely manner

* Maintain company and customer records ensuring compliance with GDPR Act (2018)

* Attend and participate in meetings and bid processes

* Be confident in presenting to key individuals at all levels
