Regional Branch Manager (New Division)
Salary: £60,000 pa + Bonus
Location: Birmingham

The Company:
Our client is a successful and well-established Group with French & UK based offices.

Main Duties:
Plan, coordinate and control all aspects of sales and operation services
Ensure management of Branch in accordance with strategy and objectives as set by the Managing Director
Manage and lead a business unit with a small team and grow business in allocated Territory

The Role:
– Develop and sustain effective Branch management strategy
– Identify, support and gain sales opportunities under the agreed strategy
– Ensure the increase of revenue of the existing contracts as per the agreed strategy
– Manage a Team of small team of Area Managers and support staff
– Conduct Quality Audits and appropriate corrective, preventive actions
– Deliver effective communication with clients and management of client complaints
– Oversea the recruitment of all appropriate contract staff
– Responsible for employee's ongoing training
– In charge of the compliance with H&S requirements
– Sign/approve contracts/specifications under agreed policy
– Manager budgetary control over wage variation, materials and equipment
– Suggest improvements of Integrated Business Management System

The Candidate:
– Proven experience in a Sales & Operations Management role is essential
– Strong Leader with entrepreneur spirit and great management skills
– Additional fluency in French advantageous although not essential
– Hungry to grow business in an allocated territory
– Decision Maker, Problem solving & Leadership skills
– Commercial acumen with a focus for profit and understanding of costs impact
– Knowledge of the cleaning industry/ facility management/ waste management – advantageous
– Must be Drivers licence & Passport holder

Salary: £60,000 pa +Bonus
