Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Required to manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion
Liaising with clients, lenders, third-party solicitors, estate agents, etc.
Responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction
Preparing and drafting necessary correspondence and documents
Undertake a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
Offer exceptional service and expertise to match the firm’s high standards
Be an integral and supportive member of the property department as a whole
Provide support to other members of the team
Draft and prepare various real estate documents
Supervise and develop more junior members of staff as may be required
Complete MI procedures as and when required
Achieve set financial and chargeable targets
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you must have the following skills:
6+ years PQE
Have experience undertaking a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
Good written and verbal communication to deal with a broad range of clients and the willingness to provide the highest standard of client care
Can network in order to promote the practice
Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
Good decision-making skills
