They are now looking to develop its customer service department with experienced Retentions Agents who value customers and always strive to provide excellent service.

As a Retentions Agent you will be equally ambitious, highly motivated and a results driven team player. A successful Retentions Agent will retain customers business and provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of a Retentions Agent

Being the first point of contact to customers with renewal, cancellation, or general queries
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring to always demonstrate the company's values
Managing inbound/outbound retention calls from customers, compliantly answering questions, and retaining customer satisfaction
Effectively handling objections and carefully listening to customer needs
Working to meet deadlines
Generating new business from existing customer base through outbound calls
Providing support to colleagues and at times in other departments


Experience working in a customer focused environment with a passion for providing excellent service
Clear and confident communication skills in order to build rapport and go above and beyond to support customers
Outstanding persuasion and influencing skills
Ability to change personality style to suit target audience
A collaborative worker to support team and wider colleagues
Works well under pressure with the ability to bounce back from challenging conversations or situations
Great multitasking skills and able to concentrate on a task for a long period of time
