Introduction to the Company
Fabric is pleased to be working with a manufacturing business, who ethically source materials to manufacturer high quality products. Due to continued progression, they're now seeking passionate sales minded individuals to generate and develop sales leads.
Description of the role:
Gain an in-depth knowledge of the product range & service offer
Effectively utilise the available tools to find sales lead opportunities by product, sector, geography, sales area etc.
Proactively contact prospective customers and clients
Ensure all relevant project and customer opportunities are accurately and consistently populated in CRM, with clear actions and responsibilities and that they are regularly updated
Identify and facilitate opportunities for customer appointments on behalf of the Specifier Managers and CSMs where appropriate
Proactively manage project pipelines ensuring CSMs are in contact with the appropriate contacts at the right time(s)
Liaise with other departments (int/ext sales, planning etc) to ensure all opportunities are correctly prioritised and priced, levels of responsibility are agreed.
Assist in developing key marketing and customer communications targeting the residential sectors
Manage and track all project opportunities and ensure customer records and information are kept fully up to date.
Co-ordinate responses for all website/technical enquiries/generic emails etc
Provide regular feedback on market activity, trends and competitor information
Previous experience in similar role
Experience with in a technical based industry
Excellent communication skills
Sales minded with the ability to spot potential leads
Passionate about providing exceptional customer care
