SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT – ALDERSHOT – £23K -£25K

My client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant and Analyst to join their fast-paced and fun loving team. The Sales and Marketing Assistant and Analyst will be working closely with the Head of Sales and reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director, the ideal candidate will have a combination of responsibilities from both coordination and analysing data.
What you’ll be doing:
* Assisting with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategies
* Creating and maintaining databases of customer and prospect information
* Gathering and sharing data with the Head of Sales which will enable us to identify leads for customer visits
* Preparing and distributing marketing materials
* Collecting, analysing and maintaining data from a variety of sources, such as customer databases, competitors, market research and web analytics
* Assist in identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for growth and improvement in sales and marketing efforts
* Analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations to management
* Identify and submit leads for the Head of Sales based on data findings
* Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations for improvements, to communicate improvements
