Job Description

Sales & Customer Services Team Leader

Location : Camberley

Salary : £27,000 – £29,000 + benefits + commission

My client who are based in Camberley are looking for Sales and Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.

We are looking for candidates who have got experience in managing, developing and mentoring a team of Customer Service Advisors.

Daily Duties

To ensure that the day-to-day operations runs smoothly

Employ Direct leadership, motivation and coaching practices

Identify, design and deploy mechanisms to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts

Find, create and build profitable long term commercial relationships with new business partners (BPs)

Exploit both traditional and agile techniques/strategies to build a solid Team

Maintains accounts database in high level

Liaise with Marketing and shape targeted campaign programs

Duties that are deems necessary for the execution of duties as assigned by Head of Sales

Lead the Team in achieving sales and margin targets along with growth projections

Mentor the team to develop them on lead generation, prospect development to secure new business

1-to-1s with the Team to cover KPIs relating to performance, productivity and high focus on key customers

Provide regular monthly updates on key business metrics: Daily Sales, Promotion Tracking, Call Management

Evaluate and identify opportunities for the Team to streamline entire sales process

Organize regular weekly/monthly Sales focus days to sell and promote WIGIGs, Deals, Spotlight lines, short shelf and NPDs

Provide regular coaching, feedback, training and support to the team

Produce insightful, relevant and timely management reports to an appropriate frequency and standard that meet the requirements and enhance the understanding of the Teams both horizontally and vertically
