Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Haydock (WA11 9TL)

Salary: £22,600 per annum (OTE £30k)

Shifts: Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:15

Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for experienced Sales Executive to join our client’s Telesales Team who specialise in card payment solutions.

Achieving individual targets in line with the company expectations you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and bonuses whilst working in a positive and friendly environment.

As a Sales Executive your duties will be:

* Making outbound and receiving inbound telephone calls to a targeted clientele to generate potential business, using the company call structure.

* Communicate effectively with prospective businesses to qualify and drive business through your pipeline.

* Generate referrals & customer reviews from new and existing clients.

* Utilise your previous sales experience to ensure you implement the correct solutions to potential customers.

* Produce accurate reports and forecasts to line manager when requested.

* Full 360 degree sales role.

* Upsell additional products and services.

* Maintain accurate database records, ensuring all customer data is recorded and up to date.

* Complete all associated administration to a satisfactory standard.

* Follow ALL processes as set out by the company and other related partners as directed by line manager.

The successful Sales Executive will have the following skills;

* Must demonstrate previous success in sales.

* Focus driven with strong ability to consistently achieve targets.

* Team player with clear focus on customer service, quality, and accuracy.

* Tolerant and empathic communicator with excellent telephone manner.

* Takes ownership of queries, problems and projects and manages to resolution.

* PC Literacy – use of in-house systems and MS Office applications.
