Career Level Manager
Deliver three proposals per day and provide quality proposals that deliver to the client’s brief.
Develop excellent negotiation skills to ensure the best deal for the client and the best commission deal.
Work to ensure client retention and development.
Identify at an early stage any enquiries that warrant a specialist approach.
Identify opportunities of specific rebooking’s and repeat business.
Work to ensure there is a culture of proactive sales activity. Ensure clients are continually wow’d and supported in an intuitive and consultative style.
Working knowledge of relevant accounts’ businesses.
Attend and contribute to Weekly Monday meeting and all other relevant meetings.
Attend exhibitions and networking events.
Take responsibility for achieving personal training and development plan.
Support marketing initiatives.
Arrange site visits for clients in preparation for their event.
Attend industry events with the view to build relationships with our suppliers but also to use this as an opportunity to meet with clients and develop a partnership.
Manage the relationship with all accounts.
