Job Description

LOCATION: Tamworth, Staffordshire
SALARY: Up to £25,000 plus commission. OTE in Year 1 £35,000

With 12 weeks of extensive training to set you up for success from day 1, ensuring you have all the tools, techniques and knowledge to be successful in your sales role, our client is incredibly passionate about supporting your development. In fact, they offer fast-track career progression after 1 year into Regionals Account Manager and National Sales Manager positions. 
This is a brilliant entry-level position to take your first steps into the world of sales within the leasing and finance sector, so if you’re looking for a role that offers endless opportunities to learn and earn… we want to hear from you!


Confidently reach out to new and existing suppliers to offer suitable products daily, ensuring the highest level of service is provided. 
Responsible for continuous growth and development of lead network.
Work towards hitting call and lead targets set daily, weekly.
Aid the Regional Salesperson to achieve their KPI’s and commission targets.
Networking daily through a variety of tools to build a profitable lead base. 
Cleansing data to ensure relevant and profitable leads are worked.
Constantly building relationships and rapport with your prospects through conversation and social networking
Working to KPI’s to ensure your goals and revenue target are hit and exceeded  

Must be able to work comfortably within a collaborative team environment.
Be unafraid of picking up the phone and talking to new people daily.
Confident in working towards, hitting (and hopefully exceeding) your KPI’s!
Have strong communication and presentation skills. 
Are able to confidently work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst still producing high-quality results. 
Describe yourself as a natural relationship builder and highly personable.   

A great base salary of £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000 and upwards in Year 1.

12-weeks extensive training to set you up for success.
Following this initial Sales Academy, online training will continually be available to develop and up-skill yourself throughout your career. 
Tuition fees for any future exams available to you will be funded.
