We have an opportunity with an e-commerce start up focused on chemical brokerage. They buy, sell and broker from a variety of chemical industries including plastics, oil and gas, coatings, and more.
They are looking for a Sales Executive who is ambitious, with an eye for detail and genuine passion for leading the customer acquisition journey. Our client wants a Sales Executive who can develop into a product expert and be able to demonstrate the services and provide an understanding to customers.
As a Sales Executive you will:
* Managing the new customer acquisition sales cycle from first appointment through qualification & meetings through to commercial and contract negotiation.
* Deliver sales meetings, presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and customers in accordance with the sales methodology.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, forums and other sales and industry events.
* Work closely with our clients internal Business Development, supply chain, and finance teams to take a proactive approach in the development of sales.
Requirements:
* University education.
* Self-motivated, driven, and able to interact with prospects from all types of organisations, with proven commercial negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience demonstrating a consultative sales approach and become fully conversant with our clients’ products and services for which full training will be given.
* Ability and willingness to travel nationwide is required, as is an enthusiastic and passionate approach to being part of a real team.
* Experience as a Sales Executive is desirable along with a drive to develop and grow with the business as our client evolves.
