Job Description
Spitfire Staffing is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well established and successful clients in Wolverhampton.
Due to further success and an upturn in business, they are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates to join the team.
The Role:
* To cold call and book quality appointments for Sales Consultants to attend meetings, in order to sell products and services.
* Identification and liaison with key personnel and decision makers.
* Carry out full fact find by using probing and open questioning techniques.
* Listening effectively and accurately recording details of conversations.
* To think "out of the box" and use initiative.
* To process appointments effectively, booking into Goldmine CRM calendar, paper diary and updating appointment board.
* Attend regular Telesales meetings, providing input and feedback.
* Always work to SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reactive & Timely.
Hours & Pay:
* £20,000 to £24,000 with £25,000 to £30,000 OTE Uncapped
* Monday & Friday at home
* Tuesday to Thursday at office
* 0900 to 1700
* Permanent
