Career Level Manager
Sales Manager required for rapidly expanding organisation based in London. You will be a hands-on Sales Manager coupled with the responsibility of managing a sales team of 7 and growing the team to double the size as the company continues to grow.
* Manage the Sales Team on a day-to-day basis, including running all team meetings, kick-offs, 1-1s, training sessions.
* Direct selling to a worldwide customer base – including prospecting and demos.
* Grow the sales team (SDRs and BDMs).
* Managing and optimising the performance of the team.
* Previous Head of Sales / Sales Manager experience
* 5+ years of experience in building a sales team. Proven track record of selling to an SME market and a proven data driven strategy sitting behind it
* Strong sales experience, ideally within technology, SaaS and recruitment
* Solid history of data-driven strategic development
