Location: Office based, Tranent
Salary: £23-£24k

Objective
A new position has been created to support the Senior Sales team to enable them to sell 500 points more per month, maximising their selling time and effectiveness.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to, as this role will certainly evolve over time.
* Existing customer courtesy calls to gain additional services or identify optimisation through product penetration matrix.
* Administration support – JD
* Help generate warm inbound leads.
* Trustpilot reviews
* Work with CEAM
* Product penetration (specially to identify mobile opportunities)
* Social media
* Intelligence gathering via Internet, DMs – previous workplaces (to get leads), FDs within 30 miles using LI Sales Navigator (for example)
* Posting articles on LI, cheerleading customers, raising company profile as industry experts. (needs excellent writing skills) – Individually and for company.
* Research networking events to attend and cost/return analysis.
* Research partnerships and routes to market, intelligence gathering, then help with maintaining the relationships and prospect campaigns.
* Liaising with trade bodies, sharing success stories,
* Quarterly reports for Public Contract Scotland
* Campaigns to prospects
