Sales Support

Location: Macmerry, East Lothian

Salary: £19,000 – £23,000

My client is looking for a Sales Support candidate to join their friendly team where they work hard but also play hard. You will be supporting the sales team to help maximise their selling time and effectiveness. They are therefore looking for someone who is enthusiastic, confident and organised.

Responsibilities:

Existing customer courtesy calls to gain additional services or identify optimisation through product penetration matrix.

Administration support

Help generate warm inbound leads.

Work with the Account Managers

Product penetration (specially to identify mobile opportunities)

Social media

Intelligence gathering via Internet and the database

Posting articles on LinkedIn, cheerleading customers, raising company profile as industry experts.

Research networking events to attend and cost/return analysis.

Research partnerships and routes to market, intelligence gathering, then help with maintaining the relationships and prospect campaigns.

Liaising with trade bodies, sharing success stories,
