Recruitment Solutions is proud to bring to market an exciting new role for a Senior Account Handler at one of our clients based in Handforth, Cheshire. This role has arisen due to a period of growth for the company.
The position of an account handler at is a dynamic and customer-facing role that involves managing the onboarding process for new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer onboarding and software automation, strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise, and a positive attitude.
The account handler will be trained on site and be required to build a strong understanding of the products and services and be able to effectively communicate the value of these offerings to customers.
* Onboarding new accounts
* Seeking out new business opportunities with existing clients
* Presenting product demonstrations
* Conducting discovery calls and understanding detailed customer requirements.
* Providing trustworthy feedback internally and externally.
* Liaising with the implementation and technical teams.
* Working as part of a successful team
* Knowledge of customer service best practices and improvements to the customer experience.
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to effectively manage and nurture clients.
* Proficiency in using technology, including self-service portals and document management systems.
* Strong organisational skills .
