A full time, perm Senior Analyst / Consultant is needed for a North West based business.
Working alongside Pharma Forecasters, Analysts, Business Insights Managers & Marketing Depts to create forecasting solutions, meeting the needs of individuals & pharma co's. They've invested heavily in product dev with strong support from their sales & marketing functions to reach some of the largest pharma & biotech co's in the world. This has resulted in significant growth in both revenue & overall size of the business
Role

* Working on consulting projects, involved in PM'ing, design of solution scoping docs, analysis of data, solution testing & report writing

* Delivery of their forecasting platform SaaS based solution, working to tight deadlines

* Managing components of projects, or be responsible for the overall management of simple projects, whilst working within a team

* Liaising with int & ext clients on an on-going basis, it's essential you're customer focused, responsive & proactive, with commitment to deliver the highest quality of care & service, comfortable reviewing, analysing & interpreting large volumes of numerical info

Responsibilities:

* Managing components of projects, potentially playing a significant role in complex projects & leading management of relatively simple projects

* Involvement in int co initiatives, contributing significantly & / or leading specific initiatives

* Managing upsell opps within existing projects, alongside sales team, by identifying clients needs, ideal solution & developing proposal

* Support the consulting team on BD activities & support the sales team in specific, pre-determined BD activities

* Undertake interviews with stakeholders, complete data audits, to identify client reqs to scope & design the overall project

* Develop solution scoping docs, providing the basis for the tech dev of the solution

* Be a key link between the tech team & the client throughout the forecasting solution dev process

* Ensuring high quality deliverables from project initiation to delivery, including model testing

* Support project implementation via training with key stakeholders in the client’s business

* Respond proactively to client requests & solve their ongoing short & long-term forecasting challenges

* Provide consultancy support by completing specific forecasting activities, such as model population, scenario running, secondary data analysis

Person Spec:

* 3-5+ yrs’ exp

* Scientific academic background

* Pharma industry knowledge

* Knowledge / application of forecasting techniques, forecasting cycles & business process reqs

* Commercial / consultancy exp

* PM exp

* Able to travel

* Must be proactive & autonomous
