Salary c£62,000 to c£86,000 plus up to 30% bonus!

My client – a successful commercial law firm with multiple offices around the UK – is seeking a talented Construction Solicitor on a full-time, remote basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor with experience and knowledge of the construction sector to utilise their skills within a busy team. The successful candidate will handle a wide caseload of both contentious and non-construction matters in addition to participating in business development and training initiatives. This role offers fully remote working.

Responsibilities

Handling a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters

Business development and networking activities

Advising a wide range of clients

Construction disputes

Drafting and negotiating contracts

Handling project documentation

Delivering training and presentations

JCT and NEC forms

The Candidate

Qualified solicitors ideally with 5 years’ PQE but this is not essential

Technical proficiency in construction law

Has knowledge of construction contracts

Professional, personable and flexible

Excellent IT skills

A team player with a flair for business development and networking

A natural leader, confident in delivering training

A strong communicator who is able to explain matters in clear, accessible language

Owing to expansion, this firm now requires a Construction Solicitor on a permanent, full-time basis.
