Elevation Recruitment's specialist Marketing division are excited to be recruiting a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, for a Financial Services business in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing area of the marketing team and work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing to drive the performance of customer communications.

As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, your duties will include:

* Responsible for designing and implementing the marketing strategy across key customer journeys, encompassing the full range of products
* Creation, execution, and optimisation of direct mail and email marketing activity, delivering to demanding campaign objectives
* Identify campaign trends and insights, and plan spend and performance
* Communicate with key stakeholders on strategies, plans, and results
* Provide coaching support and guidance for the customer marketing manager, supporting their development

Key skills and qualities of the Senior Customer Marketing Manager include:

* Educated to degree level in marketing or a business related subject
* Solid experience of full-mix marketing management
* A proven track record of delivering results, being able to spot trends and optimise campaigns
* Comprehensive knowledge of the rapidly changing market and competitor landscape and the latest marketing, campaign and content strategies
* Strong, efficient time-management skills with the ability to focus energy, drive and enthusiasm to prioritise goals, meet deadlines and manage a healthy workload
