Job Description

Remote role on offer. Our client are a mid-size managed service provider, providing IT support and project services to a diverse range of clients in the UK and Europe. Due to expansion, they are looking for a seasoned all-rounder to provide support to 2nd level engineers across their suite of Microsoft supported technologies. Essentially you will be resolving issues escalated from 2nd level, providing triage and ultimately resolution. Your experience will encompass the following:

* 8+ years' IT support experience

* 3+ years' working as a Senior Engineer

* Extensive Windows experience

* VMware

* Hyper V

* Cisco
