Job Description

My client is currently recruiting for Senior Investment Brokers to join their direct team based in Liverpool Street, London.

Role of our Senior Investment Broker:

* Contacting inbound leads that have shown interest in investing into capital growth backed investments.

* Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions in order to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.

* Working towards KPIs and targets, both independently and as a team.

* Face to face meetings

* 360 sales position

* Load clients

As a Senior Investment Broker you will need to have the following:

* Previous Sales experience

* Happy to speak to clients over the phone.

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills

* Handle and overcome objections

* Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work under pressure and to targets.

* Accurate labelling of calls and CRM management.

Successful salespeople can expect to earn in excess of £140,000 in year one
