The successful 2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer will be based in their office in Reigate/London, though would be expected, when required to travel to clients’ sites. Therefore, a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for providing customer facing solutions via onsite visits and telephone/remote support.

* Involved in the continued documentation of the existing and new client base.

* Opportunity to head projects, including Office365 migrations, Security Audits and Application Integration.

Key-Skills:

* Experienced 2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer.

* Office 365 including Azure and security experience.

* Mac OS and Hardware Experience.

* Windows Server 2012 R2 and above experience inc. Active directory and Group Policy.

* Hyper-V and Virtualisation Experience.

* Windows Desktop OS Experience.

* Solid Networking Experience (TCP/IP, Firewalls and V-Lan’s).

* On-Premise Microsoft Exchange experience.
