Due to expansion, this firm who dates back to the 1920's and have a long standing reputation serving some of the largest areas in Surrey, my client is currently seeking a Senior recruit within their Wealth Management department.

You are required to be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 10 years experience in this field and progression to partnership will be incorporated in the package.

This is to join an existing team that comprises of 1 Partner, 3 x Solicitors, 1 Probate Executive and 3 Support staff.

Expertise to include:

Applying for Grants of Probate

Obtaining Grants of Probate

Settling Liabilities (including paying Inheritance Tax)

Collecting funds ready for distribution

Finalising the tax position of the estate

Distributing funds

Producing Estate accounts

Salary indications £60,000 plus a bonus structure and a full range of other additional benefits to include:

20 days initial annual leave rising to 25 days in increments every 2 years for longer service.
