ServiceNow Project Manager

Salary up to £60k

I am recruiting for a ServiceNow Project Manager on behalf of a leading ServiceNow partner based in the UK. This is a client facing role and the role will range from full ServiceNow implementations through to projects aimed at furthering the reach and success on an individual basis to meet client requirements.

Due to the challenging nature of this role, we are looking for previous ServiceNow project experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Full lifecycle project management – from client engagement to deployment and review.

* Effective management of team members and stakeholders to ensure delivery of the project in line with requirements and goals.

* Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

* Management of ServiceNow deployment records and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) administration, working with the Account Manager/Director to manage related customer communications in advance of the project’s ‘Review’ stage.

* Keeping abreast of industry trends in the Service Management arena and developments in ServiceNow applications.

We are looking for you to have:

* Previous ServiceNow Project Management experience.

* Project management certification (Prince2) would be advantageous.

* Good knowledge of ITIL (Certification would be advantageous)
