Job Description

Contentious Probate Solicitor

Location: Shirley

Salary: Up to £55,000 DPOE

My client is a leading law firm based in the heart f the Midlands. They are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join their growing Contentious Probate team. Working with senior and leading solicitors, you will be handling a mixed caseload of matters including disputes between beneficiaries and executors or trustees regarding the performance of their duties and the administration of estates of trusts.

Duties will include:

* Handling own files in the above matters

* Managing a small team of junior staff

* Assist the company with business development

Key skills and requirements:

* At least 10 years PQE

* Strong administrator with excellent client care

* Capable to handle own files with little to no support
