This is a fantastic opportunity for a Company commercial solicitor NQ – 4 PQE to join an established team in Northampton providing tax support across the company. The successful solicitor will utilise their skills and knowledge in this field as well as playing a key role in business development.

Responsibilities

Advising on a wide range of commercial matters, including tech

Providing expertise on business restructuring

sales

Marketing and business development

Private equity deals

SDLT and VAT

Property transactions

Partnership structures

Advising sellers and buyers of land

The Candidate

Qualified solicitors

Able to work to tight deadlines

Experienced in negotiating tax deeds

Employee benefits and VAT experience is highly advantageous

A strong communicator with excellent client care skills
