Lexcel accredited practice in Central London, is looking to employ a Regulatory (Local Authority) Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE. The successful candidate will assist local authority children’s and adult services teams, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.

Handling own caseload of regulatory matters

Public Law Children Act matters

Court of Protection matters

Safeguarding matters

Undertaking own advocacy

Disputes

The Candidate

Qualified solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE in regulatory matters

Previous experience of working in-house within a local authority is advantageous, but not essential

Possess excellent communication and client care skills

IT proficiency

Commercially aware, with a keen interested on business development
