Technical Consultant – Contact Centre Solutions
UK Home Based – £50-£65k basic dependent upon experience
Performance Related Bonus, Pension
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Consultant to provide Technical Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales support the sales team in the UK and Western Europe. Or alternatively, an experienced Technical Operations Manager within a Contact Centre looking to change direction into a Technical Consulting role.
We are looking for an individual who can work with minimal supervision either remotely or from the Warwickshire office, and who has the following skills and experience:
•Call Centre software applications (Contact Centre, Call Recording, IVR, WFMWFO etc.) preferably delivered from the cloud / as SaaS.
•Microsoft voice architecture and application hosting (Lync, SfB, MS Teams and Azure)
•Working as a Pre-Sales Consultant or in a technical capacity.
•Articulate, engaging and with excellent communication and documentation skills.
•Second European Language an advantage
The high-level requirements of the role are:
•Close liaison with business and technical personnel in reseller and end-customer organisations to align their business and technical requirements with available solutions.
•Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team and resellers.
•Partner Enablement – assisting channel partners in taking my clients solutions to market – providing documentation, collateral and hands-on assistance.
•Work with sales and resellers to build product demonstrations based on specific customer requirements
•Produce High LevelLow Level Designs, Proposals and Tender responses to a very high standard.
•Act as an interface into Cloud Operations and Product Management so customer and reseller feedback is utilised to drive product development.
•Own and update all standard proposal content.
•Keep abreast of UK market demands and trends in the Microsoft voice space and feed this back to sales and product management.
This is a UK home-based role offering a great basic package plus OTE.
•Base Salary range: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Performance related bonus.
