Job Description
We are delighted to be working with a Cambridge software company. They are recruiting for a Technical Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Responsibility for all project phases
* Translating customer requirements into project scope
* Being the primary contact for several projects
* Supporting customer adoption and retention of services
* Conducting regular customer meetings to review implementation progress
* Updating processes and training material
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in similar role
* Experience with project implementation in a technical setting
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Ability to work solely or as part of a team
* Experience with procurement systems (desirable)
