Job Description

My client are an award winning healthcare agency in London and it is a bonus if you have pharma/healthcare client experience

As a Traffic Manager you will be in control of managing the day-to-day workflow in the studio. You will know what work is coming up and when and how long it should take and assign resources accordingly. You will be the link between the Client Relationship team and the creatives. Nothing gets passed you, you control the workflow.

You will work closely with the Client Relationship Team to understand the details of every piece of current work and also work that is coming up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative and delivery

* Having sight and understanding of the nature of each piece of work that is scheduled for studio (experience in healthcare would be an advantage here but not essential)

* Be familiar with and understand how budgets and schedules are produced to ensure accurate resource is assigned

* Be strong enough to stand up to forceful Client Relationship teams that want their work prioritised when it is not necessary

* Have an understanding of each of the creative team’s strengths so that work can be assigned in the most efficient way (in conjunction with the Creative Services Director)

* Be mindful of budgets etc so that you can quickly identify if things are running over

* Source and manage any creative third party suppliers (on behalf of the creative team) POs invoices etc

SKILLS

* Solid, successful experience in a similar level agency role

* Three years’ experience working within the healthcare space (preferred but not essential)

* Experience of driving the creative process from initial briefing to final product and thorough knowledge of design and creative production processes and procedures

* Proven ability to set budgets, allocate resources, and plan and schedule projects

* Exceptional attention to detail and proof reading and quality control experience

* An understanding of med-comms, advertising, and PR within the healthcare sector
