£22K Basic Salary
Uncapped monthly commissions
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

The role will require the candidate to process incoming new business and upsell/cross sell additional and alternative products to new clients to maximise sales.
Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
Managing client accounts accordingly, and seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products
Contact new registrations
Build sustainable relationships and engage with customer by going the extra mile.
Carry out dedicated sales campaigns to existing and prospective clients.
Adhere to compliance requirements to help where necessary and further promote the company and the services they offer
To maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
Meet personal/ team targets.
Experience of tele sales within an office environment.
Experience of working to targets.
Communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent relationship management skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Experience of working with a CRM system
Ability to organise and plan well in advance to deliver successful campaigns
