Job Description

Trainee Sales Executive

Due to our clients growth, they are looking for a new Trainee Sales Executive to help bring an exciting new solution to market. Our client is a highly successful technology company and they work with professional sectors.

They are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is keen to kickstart a career in software sales to join the sales team and help drive new business.

Following sales training the role will include the following duties.

* Qualifying marketing generated leads and converting to sale

* Generating and qualifying new leads

* Presenting our range of solutions through live and web demonstrations

* Be an expert in company solutions and their features/benefits

* Engage with decisionmakers and senior level prospects/customers

* Manage and build relationships with existing customers to add value and ensure renewals

* Staying on top of your pipeline daily to remain organised in fast paced environment where new leads are constantly being handed to you

* Working closely with sales and marketing team mates to maximise business success


Our client is seeking a passionate sales individual willing to grasp and understand the industries and company targets. Attention to detail and an extensive knowledge of the product range are essential skills required to develop and succeed in the role.

Desirable qualities include:

* Confident communicator whether in person or on the telephone/MS Teams.

* Previous experience in a B2B sales/marketing environment is desirable.

* Target and results driven individual.


* Uncapped commission on every sale, with SaaS software sales having annual recurring commission on renewals

* Majority of leads provided by the marketing department

* Full training provided

* 25 days annual leave plus benefits
