We're seeking a talented UX designer to join our team to help us revolutionise the way people interact with our software. As a UX designer at Broadbean, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects and collaborate with a diverse group of product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and has a strong portfolio that showcases their design skills.

The role is offered on either a remote basis working in the UK or Hybrid if you wish to spend some time working from either our Canary Wharf office in London or Leith office in Edinburgh

Role Purpose

The UX Designer is responsible for providing insights into our customer's world, identifying their needs & pain points, and designing solutions as part of a Product Team which are desirable and intuitive.

They will undertake a broad range of activities from User research, data analysis, story mapping, and ideation to wire-framing, prototype design, and user testing.

They will follow design standards & processes as defined by the Senior UX Designer in the business and form a key part of the cross-functional Product Team.

Desired Knowledge & Experience

Understanding of the Design Thinking process
Broad understanding of UX design (information architecture, psychology, emotional design, interaction design, and visual design)
Knowledge of creating and implementing Design systems and Component libraries
Demonstrable UX design and research experience within a B2B SaaS environment
Working within a fast-paced environment as part of a cross-functional agile Product Team
Designing for products within legacy and new platform environments
Working with global teams & customers
Interface design skills that are demonstrated in a portfolio of recent work Who you are
