The Job Role:

Due to exciting growth plans within our client’s business, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Voice Implementor.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with customers to help build, train, and implement voice platforms. We are looking to speak to candidates that have previous experience working within telephony ideally within a client-facing role.

Working closely with clients throughout the implementation process, the successful candidate will enjoy a varied role partly office and partly on-site working with clients. The Voice Implementor will work collaboratively with each client through setup, build, and usage.

This varied Voice Implementor role will include the following roles and responsibilities;

* Consultatively working with clients to build their voice implementation system

* Deliver training to clients face-to-face on their system

* Translating technical jargon to clients to ensure they are able to make full use of their voice implementation system

* Assist with the building of each bespoke software system

* Complete site surveys with clients or their IT provider

* Working collaboratively with other third parties to ensure smooth implementation of the system (this could include SIP and Data Connectivity providers)

* Ensuring each system has been fully tested ahead of launch

* Attending client site visits to train and support clients on their voice implementation platform

* Closely working with internal teams to ensure each project successfully runs on time

* Completing customer handovers

* Assist with the development of new voice implementation systems

* Successfully hitting set KPIs

* Working closely with other teams within the business including Customer Success

We are looking to speak to candidates that have the following skills and experience;

* Exceptional communication skills face to face, email, and telephone

* Excellent organisational skills – the ability to work to strict deadlines

* Experience in IT, telecoms, data connectivity, and networking is essential

* A full driving licence and access to a car are essential for attending client visits across the UK

* Professional

* Ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language

* Confidence to deal with people at all levels

* Solutions focussed

* Calmly managing situations that may arise during the launch

* Experience in voice implementation
